Clytie is an incredibly driven, creative, and passionate person with a truly unique vision and the focus to achieve it. She never lacks for new ideas, and she's good at focusing her energies where they'll do the most good (and delegating to others those tasks that they would be better suited to). I was truly impressed by her abilities working with her at Ampersand, and I have no doubt she'll put those same talents to good use wherever she lands next.
